At INCHARGEx, we aim to provide fast, reliable support for our customers. Below you’ll find two main ways we can assist:


1. Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange your order, please review our Return & Warranty Policy first.

2. Product Issue Support

If you’re experiencing an issue with your product, please follow these steps so we can assist you effectively:

Step 1 – Provide Evidence
To help troubleshoot, please send us:

  • A photo of your socket/outlet
  • A photo of the charger plugged into your car
  • A short video showing what happens
  • Your car model + power source (10A/15A/32A, single-phase or 3-phase)

Step 2 – Inspection & Resolution

  • Once we receive your evidence, we’ll review to confirm whether it looks like a product fault or may be related to setup, power source, or usage.
  • If a return is needed, we’ll provide you with a return label. After inspection:
    • ✅ If the product is confirmed faulty and not due to excluded factors (such as misuse, incorrect setup, or environmental issues), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
    • ⚠️ If no fault is found, a $217 handling fee applies. This covers the cost of inspection, the return label for sending the product to us, and the label we use to send it back to you. In this case, we’ll send you an invoice to settle the fee so we can promptly return the item to you.

We aim to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring fairness for all customers.

Tip: Most issues are resolved quickly after Step 1, as many cases are setup or power source related. Providing clear photos and videos helps us assist you faster.
